Help Inexperienced Residents with this Move-In Checklist

For most new, inexperienced renters, figuring out what they need before move-in can be extremely stressful. Whether its sponges, dish soap or trash can liners, it can be easy to forget the little things and underestimate how long you can go without the big things. I can’t tell you how many times I ate dinner sitting on the floor when I first moved out, and I’m sure you have a few first move-in stories of your own.

Make move-in easier for your residents by providing them with our new renter checklist, listing all the little things like band-aids, batteries, and a screwdriver and all the big furniture items that your tenants may or may not want to get for their new home. As, according to the Zillow Group Report on Consumer Housing Trends: Today’s Renter, millennials make up 56% of the rental pool, (and as they are the most likely to be inexperienced renters) you might be surprised how appreciative your residents are of the move-in checklist.
